Industrial-grade Blender Specifications

Blenders that are used in the home suit the purposes of a small household of people but they simply aren't powerful enough to serve the needs of any business in a food-service industry. More customers means a greater demand for the height, power, and capabilities of the blender systems used to make items such as milkshakes, sliced foods, and baking mixtures. This calls for a blender with high-powered specifications that meet the needs of a business whose goal is to increase its bottom line.

Cleaning Up Someone Else’s Act: Crime Scene Cleanup

Have you ever thought about who clears the roadway after a criminal car accident, or who has to clean up when the unthinkable has occurred? Crime scene cleanup is an inherently dirty job, and it comes with a lot of uncertainty that requires additional precaution and care. You can’t combat a crime scene in the same way you would your bathroom or car, because the chemical considerations are real, and the stakes, all too high. When it comes to cleaning the crime scene, it takes a number of key steps. From surveying the scene and donning the right gear to using the right chemicals and controlling any potential contamination, it’s a dirty job, but someone’s got to do it. The infographic below lets you know how it’s all done safely.

Couponing Online Saves the Family Budget

Like everyone else, I keep hearing that the economy is getting better. Unfortunately, no one has told my bank account the good news. Things are still tight for me and for most of my friends, so we were all thrilled when I discovered SelectAware.com online.

Chauvinism, Chainsaw Massacres and Characters

With the release of the movie Brave fresh in our minds, I can’t help but think of this film and how empowering it was to women and, ultimately, how it compares to the portrayal of women in other movies. Brave was probably the first Disney film I saw featuring a female protagonist whose sole motivation wasn’t getting married or being rescued by a prince and, you know, that was okay too.

Hubby and I

I'm surprised there are some areas with NO internet access!!!
Thanks for the guest post by Donn Schroeder

When my husband and I moved here one of the first things I did was look up satellite internet service in my area. I knew since it was really rural out here we might have trouble finding a provider but it’s actually been easier than I gave it credit for in the first place. I think it’s amazing so many people go without internet at home but I do so much of my shopping online and my personal communication via email I don’t know how I would survive one day without the web. Aside from that I don’t really get cell service out here at my house so I really need to have email to keep in touch with my family and everyone else who might be wondering what I’m up to. I think I’m going to like it here but it is going to take some getting used to being out here in the country and not so much in the city. It’s a different lifestyle, though, and I knew it!

Girly Shows

Thanks to Erasmo Cortez

My husband always says he wishes he never connected Direct.TV in our house.  He loves watching sports and movies, but he always has a problem with what I want to watch.  He says I watch only the most annoying and girly shows, and they drive him crazy.  As soon as he walks in the door from work and I am watching TV, the complaining starts.  He hounds me until I agree to change the channel. I understand that he wants to watch certain things after a long day of work, but I don’t get why my taste in TV makes him so mad.  He especially hates The Real Housewives shows on Bravo.  He cannot imagine why anyone would be interested in watching “that garbage”.  He says the women are so vain and vapid that they don’t deserve to be glamourized.  I try to explain that people like them because watching those idiots is just funny.  I can’t understand how anyone becomes that stuck up and stupid.  It’s fun to see how the other half lives sometimes.  I wish he would just loosen up and laugh about it sometimes!

New House

Guest post from: Natalie Walter

When we first saw our new house, we knew it was the one for us. We wanted the house, but we didn’t want to show our hand to the sellers. We went back and forth with them for weeks on the price until we agreed. There were points in time when I thought we were playing too hard, but my husband did not want to give up. He knew that the market was weak, and wanted to get a great price on the house. The house has a huge yard, and so many other wonderful features. It came fully equipped for an alarm system with ADT Equipment. It also had a sound system that went through the whole house. The inside space was open, and free flowing, while the outside space was well manicured and had a large swimming pool. The kids were so excited to move into a bigger house, and have their own rooms, that they told us they would do the yard work for a whole year! I think that might be the best part of moving in!

The Office

Thanks to Danny Mays

The Office has been running for many years now. At first I was not a fan of the show because I didn’t really understand the dry humor and the way that the actors look directly at the camera to make a point was a little unnerving to watch at first. Now I am hooked on the show. I set a series recording on my new Direct.tv DVR so I can get and watch every episode without commercials! Yay! No commercials ever again! So anyway back to The Office. My favorite people on the show are Jim and Pam. They had a little office romance going for quite a while before they actually decided to start dating. Back in those days Pam was dating some guy from the warehouse but Jim would still flirt with her all day long to try to win her over. Finally they decided to get married so they went up to Niagra falls to have a small family wedding but of course the whole crew from their office had to show up to crash the party.

Already Planning my Turkey Leftovers Dishes

Guest post written by Aliza Simpson

I like to think ahead, especially when it comes to what I'm going to eat. It's something that's really important to me. I mean, you need to eat, but you also should enjoy something that you have to do anyway. So when it comes to big occasions, I like to put a whole lot of thought into what I'm going to cook and also eat.

I'm hosting a friends get together for Thanksgiving and I've already thought of all the leftovers and the meals that I'm going to eat from them. I was online looking up some ideas for that a few days ago when I ran across the site clearwirelessinternetservice.com and after I looked through it a little bit I decided to change over my apartment's internet service to one of the packages on there.

I'm probably going to have a whole bunch of turkey leftovers after my friends come over and everything, and I'm going to make all kinds of yummy turkey wraps and paninis with the leftover stuff. Just hopefully my friends wonÕt want to take too many leftovers home!

Finally Taking my Daughters to See Chicago on Broadway

Guest post written by Esther Hall

Back when I was first planning our recent trip to New York City, I was having a really hard time figuring out exactly which Broadway play I should take my kids to go and see. I know that some of the plays can be a little risque, but then again I have teenage girls and I'm sure that I can find something that won't be nearly as bad as some of the reality TV shows that I've caught them watching before.

E! is the Best

This guest post from Edgardo Rosa

Does anyone else out there totally love E! True Hollywood Stories? That network doesn’t have a ton of programming that I’m too keen on but those Hollywood Stories are so informational and it’s almost like I’m watching a documentary. I got http://Expertsatellite.com satellite last year and found them then and I’ve been watching pretty much every time a new one comes out ever since. I saw the one on Demi Moore the other day and it totally changes my perspective on her as an actress! I just like how they show clips from old interviews and talk to the friends and family of the celebrity and I almost always learn a few things about them that I had no idea before which helps me sympathize a lot more than I tend to. It’s nice to know stars are human too and although I don’t like spending a lot of time in front of the TV, I don’t mind getting a little bit of pop culture knowledge with my E! Hollywood Stories.

The Office' Is My Favorite TV Sitcom

Posted by Hyman Weeks

Over the past few years, sitcoms have enjoyed a nice resurgence on television. Today, most sitcoms have abandoned the canned laughter. That has worked well. As a result, we have a series of great sitcoms to choose from. My personal favorite is 'The Office.' I watch new episodes and reruns on my satellite TV from www.bestchoicetv.com whenever I get a chance.

Tron Legacy Movie

Guest post by Gerard Mcdaniel

Even if I know nothing about a movie's plot, if I see that it's going to have stunning visual effects I want to see it. I'm such a sucker for that. That's why I went and saw Avatar and Inception. The first didn't have much to offer besides the effects, but the second was really amazing overall. So I went to go and see Tron Legacy even though I had never seen the original before.

Which in one of the reviews that I read about the new Tron movie it said that you don't really need to see the original to get what's going on in the new one. While I was reading that review I actually ran across the website www.satellitestarinternet.com/hughesnet_plans_pricing.html and gave it a good read through. After that I decided to sign up for that internet service for my home internet access.

I really loved the Tron Legacy movie. I was just awe struck by all of the visuals that sometimes I wasn't even paying attention to the plot. It sure didn't hurt that Daft Punk did an amazing soundtrack for it too.

I Love My DVR

Thanks for the post from Barney Crosby

I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for my DVR. This is the one electronic device that I have in my home that I actually know how to operate. I use it on a daily basis and I am not ashamed to say that when my old one broke, I had a new one within one day. I just cannot be without it. While my cable tv always has great shows on, I work crazy hours at the local hospital. There are many times that I cannot watch TV until late at night or early in the morning. Thanks to my DVR, I can still see all of my favorite shows like CSI, 16 and Pregnant, and Desperate Housewives. All I have to do is make sure that I set the device to record them while I am gone. Then when I do get to actually sit down, all of my faves are there waiting. This thing has completely changed how I watch TV and I will never be without one as long as I can help it.

Auburn Takes on Oregon

Contribution by Prince Raymond

If you love college football than you are probably looking forward to the Tostitos BCS National Championship Game that is coming up in a few weeks. The Auburn Tigers are taking on the Oregon ducks and it should turn out to be an offensive showcase. Both of these teams have some of the highest scoring offenses in all of college football. They also both have some of the most dynamic athletes. Cam Newton is the Heisman Trophy winner and promises to always put a show and put up points on the board. LaMichael James for Oregon is also the top running back in the country and should prove a tough test for Auburn's defense.

I got my tickets to go to this game weeks ago and decided to take my friend George. We both said goodbye to our wives, switched on our home alarm systems from ALL HOME SECURITY, packed out bags and boarded the plane for sunny Glendale Arizona got the national championship. The game should be really exciting because it is the premiere game of the college football season. All of the hype and trash talk leads up to this point. This game will decide the best team in college football and George and I will be there to see who wins it!

Glendale Arizona should be a perfect place to host a national championship because the weather should be perfect and the city of Glendale has something to offer almost anyone.

Always Be In The Know With ESPN

Guest post written by my buddy Lavern Small

Almost everyday I manage to catch ESPN on my expert Satellite tv. Even though I'm a woman I do love my sports. ESPN provides me up-to-date segments on all the teams I love. The commentators are very personable and often very funny. There is a bit of analysis on different teams and also several opinions on many subjects as well. There is also the very helpful ticker on the bottom that will display the scores and highlights from the night before.

ESPN is great because they have fun with sports. It's not always a serious subject. For example, my favorite show is Pardon The Interruption of P.T.I. which airs in the late afternoon and early evening between segments of Sports Center. Mike Wilbon and Tony Kornheiser are perhaps some of the funniest sports commentators I have ever come across but yet they still provide the material that the people are interested in.

What I also enjoy about ESPN is not only it's sports analysis and breakdowns. They also broadcast wonderful programs that a truly enjoyable. These programs can showcase athletes giving back to their community, granting a child a wish, or even a program about the adversaries that an athletes has had to overcome to be where he is. This network allows people to see athletes as more than just a sports figure. It makes them human and we as an audience can connect deeper to the people who deliver our favorite sports.

Going Christmas Shopping

Authored by Raymond Whitney

One of the best parts about the holiday season is getting to go shopping for people I care about. While I try to let them know how much they mean to me every day, the holiday season allows me an occasion to go out and buy them something I know they will like.

I usually go holiday shopping with my wife (except when buying gifts for her, of course). We've camped out for Black Friday before, but usually we wait for a couple of weeks after that to get our shopping done. Some of our favorite stores include Best Buy and Toys "R" Us for our sons, as well as Gap, Aeropostale and American Eagle for our daughter.

Unfortunately, the holiday season is also the time of year when many robberies and home invasions happen, due to people trying to take advantage of others and ruin their joyous time. Because of this, I make sure that I always set my security alarm () before I leave to go Christmas shopping. That way, I can focus on what's truly important, and not have to worry about the unfortunate parts of the holiday season.

Sugar Cookie Christmas Trees

Guest post written by Lauren Wiles

Right now I'm planning our family's annual Christmas party where a bunch of our neighbors, friends and our kids' friends come over for a dinner and some fun. We don't exchange gifts because we never know who's really going to show up. We just ask people to bring something with them if they come. But even thought we do that and don't have to make as much food as a result, I still put a lot of time into what I'm making and how I decorate our house for it.

I was online with our Clearinternet trying to find some new recipes to fix for this year. I found all kinds fo stuff, a lot of which I could actually fix the day before, which will make that a lot easier for me. On my e-mail invites, I'm making sure to add a list of things I'm making so that people won't bring the same thing with them.

I never like to repeat centerpieces from year to year, so I was really excited when I found the idea for a sugar cookie Christmas tree. You can eat the cookies afterward and I thought that it was the cutest thing ever.

Getting into the Christmas Spirit

Guest post written by Sidney Owens

My family's favorite time of year is Christmas! We always put the Christmas tree and decorations up right after Thanksgiving. It's a tradition.

The first thing my husband, my kids, and I do is hang the stockings on the fireplace. My kids get so excited just putting their stockings up, knowing when they see them on Christmas day, they will be full of goodies.
Then, we put Christmas trinkets of Christmas characters and Christmas stuffed animals on the fireplace with lights all around them. It is beautiful.

Then, we put the tree up. First, we put all kinds of lights on it, especially multi-colored ones and blinking ones because my kids love those. Next, we put the ornaments on it, my favorite part! There are ornaments we decorated and made ourselves, ornaments the kids made in school, birthday ornaments, and a variety of colorful Christmas ornaments. We decorate the tree until there is no room for anymore ornaments left! Once all the ornaments are up, we put tinsel on the tree. This gives the tree a sparkle
.
Under the Christmas tree, we put a train. It reminds me of when I was a kid.

I love to just stand back and look at all the decorations. It puts me in the Christmas spirit! So, after we are all worn out from decorating, we watch Christmas shows on Satalite TV deals!
