NorthONE Digital Tire Pressure Gauge Review

Hey there.  I recently moved to Lancaster, CA and I wasn't as well prepared as I thought I would be.  Especially when it came to car maintenance.  I knew that the weather would get colder than what I was used to, but I didn't think that it would get to freezing temperatures!  Because of the cold weather, my car tires were constricting, causing them to lose tire pressure over time, and I wouldn't find out until it was too late.  On more than one occasion, my wife and I found ourselves waking up to a flat tire.  After those incidents, I mentioned to my wife how we're going to have to keep an eye on the pressure on the tires to make sure that they stay properly inflated.  Even though I have a standard metal tire pressure gauge, my wife insisted on something that is easier to use and read.  Something that she would have no problem using.  That's where our friends at NorthONE saved the day.  The NorthONE Digital Tire Pressure Gauge came to the rescue.  This thing has everything that I am looking for in an easy to use, easy to read tire pressure gauge.

Anker Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Headset with Charging Dock Review

Anker Wireless Bluetooth headset and charging dock
I love the design of the Anker Wireless Bluetooth headset and charging dock.
Hey there. I live in sunny California and I spent a lot of time in traffic.  And I mean A LOT!  If any of you have ever had the experience of driving on the freeways around Los Angeles, you'll know that you could be in for a long car ride.  One of the biggest no nos of the road out here is that you can not be caught with a cell phone in your hand.  It doesn't matter if you were using your phone's GPS system.  If a police officer finds you with a cell phone in your hand, you will be ticketed.  Trust me... I should know.  You could always have your phone in speaker mode or turn on the "car mode" on your phone, but that still means you need to touch it and risk being ticketed.  Well, worry no more, friends!  Our good friends at Anker provided me with an Anker Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Headset with Charging Dock to try out and review and let me tell you, it's fantastic!  It's small, it's sleek, it's stylish, and IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY.  Before I get into my experience with this wireless headset, let's get some of the technical details out of the way.

Looking for Cheap Auto Insurance

Hey there.  You've all seen the commercials for auto insurance.  Some of them are funny and others are pretty straight forward and to the point.  I have a friend that used to work in the auto insurance field and she would give it to me straight.  What was the best coverage for the lowest price.  Easy and simple.  She no longer works in that field and I found myself needing to find a new auto insurance policy when I noticed that my monthly premium was slowly increasing.  I don't know if maybe the policies of said company changed or what, but when your payments jump from $50 to $75, there was time for a change.  It would have been great if I would have been able to find cheap auto insurance quotes all in a single spot as opposed to jumping all over the place.

The Kia Rio Scavenger is On in Los Angeles

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Kia Rio for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Hey there.  Life's a journey, not a destination.  Sometimes we get a little too caught up on the fact that we need to be at certain places that we do not stop to smell the roses.  That couldn't be more true than in the city of Los Angeles.  We drive EVERYWHERE but we don't really enjoy that drive.  Mostly because we're so busy getting to and from work or we're simply stuck in one our congested highways.  But what if I said driving can be fun again?  That the journey will be awe inspiting and once you get to those destinations, a surprise can be waiting for you?  That is what Kia is doing with the Kia Rio Zip and Dash to Los Angeles Geocache Challenge!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Kia Rio for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Hey there.  You ever had that dull sensation cross over you when there is abosultely nothing on the car radio that'll get you to move?  It seems to happen more often than not.  Especially on the way home from a long day at work.  You ever had that awesome adrenaline rush over you when the absolute perfect song comes on the car radio that you just have to roll down the windows and sing your heart out?  Yeah, that doesn't happen enough... but when it does, man is it AWESOME!  This is why Kia and Spotify have teamed up to create the ultimate "Best Songs with your Windows Down" playlist.

Transporting Your Car to Another State Costs What?!?!

Hey there.  I was just thinking about a conversation that I overheard at my local U-Haul not too long ago.  I needed a truck to move some of my stuff and I figured that I would spend the $50 or whatever it was to get it all done and quickly as possible.  But the two men in front of me intrigued me.  They spoke about moving from Los Angeles to Lincoln, Nebraska.  That's quite a trip... but what really caught my ear was how much the guy spent to transport his car.  He told the cashier that he spent over a $1,000 to transport his car from Los Angeles to Lincoln.  $1,000!!!
