Goodbye 2012 and Hello 2013

Hey there.  Happy New Year friends!  I took a week off from all things blogging and now I am back!  I hope you all spent some quality time with friends and family.  I hope you got everything you asked Santa for and I wish everyone had a safe New Years Eve.  For all of us that have survived the Mayan Apocalypse and have gotten through the holidays unscathed, I wish you all a healthy and prosperous 2013.

I have met many new friends in 2012.  Online buddies, gamers, business contacts... you name em, I made em.  It was a good year for Metallman's Reverie and I'm hoping to build on this momentum and carry it on to 2013.  The Get a Life Podcast is doing well for being only 3 episodes long, the game reviews keep on coming, I'm now starting some tech reviews, and the giveaways are still going strong.  Not to mention all of the random stuff that I post here and there.  The comments are awesome.  I love having a community that I can chat with and it's great when a regular commentator becomes a friend.  And I love receiving Emails out of the blue telling me that the site is great and would like me to review their product.  Metallman's Reverie is almost 5 years old now and for all that this site has gone through, I am thankful that it is still going strong.  So here's to all of you, the readers and listeners, that come by and check out my humble site.  Here's to you, all the friends and family that come by and tell me how much the site is awesome (or sucks.  lol).  Here's to the wife, that puts up with all my online "work" at all hours of the day.  And here's to you, all the new friends and readers that I have yet to meet.  2013... Here I come!!!  Later!

  1. Yes. It's been a good year for all of us. Mayan apocalypse is so 2012! Hehehe. :) Happy New Year Metallman and to all here! :)

  2. Happy New Year to you too! I bet there will be another world ending prophecy in 2013 as well.
