Broken Water Heater

Hey there. My water heater is busted. No hot water at home. The week off is not going as smoothly as I would like. I went ahead and replaced the thermalcouple which is the most likely culprit but still, no dice...  My cuz is a jack of all trades when it comes to home and appliance repair so I gave him a call to get his opinion.  After letting him know what was up, he thought the thermalcouple would be the issue as well but after changing it, the pilot continues to go out.  It's frustrating me that we do not have hot water.  I have no idea how people back in the day survived without a water heater.  lol  I have my cuz coming to check it tomorrow. Hopefully, he'll be able to catch something that I didn't and get it fixed.  Ugh!  Later!

Taking Charge of Music Education

Hey there. I've decided. I'm going to be more hands on with the kid's music instruction. I have a flute,my son is learning flute, so Im going to help him practice. I need to take a more active role in their education and I think this is a perfect way to step in and be a part of my son's education. Later.

The Perfect Chore for Football Sunday

Hey there. The perfect chore for football Sunday is laundry! Think about it men. You sit on a couch, watch TV while folding clothes. It's perfect! I've been doing it since the start of football season and I must say that I don't have a problem doing it. I have noticed that it frustrates me when it's done at any other time, but I guess that because football is on, I can yell at the TV and take out some of that aggression. lol Later.

At the hospital.My little cousin looks great and very happy.The docs are amazed at her recovery. From what im being told she may be able to go home any day now.

Happy Halloween

Hey there. No trick or treating for us this year. Well, not the parents, at least. Kids are out with grandma while we pass out candy at home. We figured that it would be too cold to take out our little one, especially since his immune system is not up to par yet. There go some more trick or treaters. Later.

Baby Metallman!

My boy is here! Born at 8:16 am. Weighed 7lbs 9 oz. 19 and 3/4 inches. No complications and all is good. Pics to follow soon. =oD

Starting My Shed

Hey there. I am building a shed. I'm finally getting to building my shed, now that I have my cement foundation in place. I've had the shed just as long as I've had the cement bags (well over a year) so it's about time it's getting done. The clutter in our yard is finally getting to me.
