Galagathon 2020

Galagathon 2020
Galagathon!!!

Hey there. Retro gaming is awesome. There's just something about the simplicity of the arcade games of the 80's. For many, the concept is simple: Eat dots, avoid ghosts; climb ladders, jump over fire; shoot stuff, don't get shot. Even though the simple concept, they are extremely fun to play. So when an opportunity comes along to have fun and support a charity, you know that your pal Metallman is do his best to be there. And today, I found out about a charity that will raise money to support a local children's hospital through gaming. SIGN ME UP! And sign up, I did! I will be participating in the Galagathon 2020 to help support Riley Hospital for Children.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3
Last year April, CI Games released Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3. This game was one of the most anticipated sniper games in 2017. This is the third offering in the series of games. The game has already surpassed 1 million copies sold. When the game first launched on PS4, Xbox One and PC, the reviews were less than flattering due to the past mistakes the title maintained since its release. Obviously in every game, there will also be some polishing up of the game. CI games made sure that they polish their new release.

Megadream Built-in Adjustable Fans Cooling Dock for the Xbox One S Review

Xbox One S Megadream Cooling Dock
Keeping your high powere gaming console is a must there days
Hey there.  You guys know I love my video games.  I own consoles from the big three (Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft) and I can't say that I have my favorite.  Each one provides a different gaming experience to me and I wouldn't trade it in for anything.  That's why I want to do what I can to protect my gaming consoles.  I don't want them to crap out on me or have them overheat.  Let's not forget the dreaded red ring of death that plagued 360's everywhere *shudder*  That's why I love the idea of cooling fans for gaming consoles.  So when our good friends at Megadream ask for me to test out and review their Built-in Adjustable Fans Cooling Dock for the Xbox One S, I couldn't resist the opportunity!

Thoughts On... the Xbox One

Introducing... the Xbox One!
Hey there.  It's here!  The big unveiling of the next gen Xbox console.  It's not Xbox Durango, it's not Xbox Infinity.  It's Xbox One!  I'm sure many of you reading this have already checked some, if not all of the 2 hour presentation earlier today.  I'm not going to get into the specifics.  There are plenty of websites with people way smarter than me that will break down the Xbox One specs for you.  I'm an average Joe that loves games.  I have some curiosities about the Xbox One and I have a few thoughts that came to mind while checking out the presentation.  So here are my thoughts on the Xbox One reveal.
