Bayonetta 2 Coming Exclusively to the Wii U on Oct. 24th

Bayonetta 2
Hey there.  Bayonetta was a huge hit when it first hit the scene a few years back.  It was stylish, it was breathtaking, it was over the top... but fans LOVED it!  The controls are slick, the action intense, and the graphics are gorgeous.  So imagine just how much more awesome Bayonetta 2 will be!  It promises to take everything to the next level!  The Umbra Witch, herself, will be more powerful with a new set of moves and weapons, and the game will feature several single and multiplayer modes.  Taking down angles and demons in this thrilling quest is just another day at the office for Bayonetta!  And guess what... Bayonetta 2 is exclusive to the Wii U!  So let's take a look at what the game has to offer.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker for the Wii U

Hey there.  You know, Toad has always been one of my favorite characters from the Mushroom Kingdom.  Whenever he's available as a playable character, more often than not, I choose him to be my guy.  So when Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker was announced for the Wii U, I was pretty glad that my man Toad was getting his own game and adventure!

Super Mario Bros. 3 is Coming to the Nintendo Virtual Console on April 17th

Super Mario Bros. 3 is the king of 8 bit games.
Get if your Nintendo 3DS and Wii U this April 17!
Hey there.  SUPER MARIO BROS. 3!!!  Possibly the best Mario Game ever to hit home consoles will finally have a chance to show its stuff to the younger generation!  This April 17th, the game will be available on the Wii U and 3DS Virtual Consoles.  Don't tell me that you are not excited!  The Nintendo eShop already has a great line up of classic Nintendo games but it is now filling in that huge hole that was left there by the absence of Super Mario Bros. 3.  So how much will this monumental game cost you?  How about $5.  Yup, you can pick it up for $4.99!

What I'm Playing... Pushmo

Hey there.  This weekend, I had the pleasure of hanging out with Donkey Kong at the LA Zoo.  I haven't had a chance to post about it just yet, but that post should go live within the next day or so.  While there, I got to play Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D for the Nintendo 3DS.  It's a great game, by the way, but while I was playing, it got me thinking of some of the other titles that I have on the 3DS.  Specifically, titles that I have received from the Nintendo eShop.  That place is a gold mine for great games!  The lastest one that I received?  Pushmo!!!!

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Sequel Announced

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past sequel has been announced!!!
Hey there!  Did you guys catch this morning's special announcement on Nintendo Direct?  No?!  Then you missed out!  This mornings direct video announced that a NEW Legend of Zelda game will be released this "holiday season" for Nintendo 3DS and it will take place in the same universe as A Link to the Past!  How awesome is that?!  A Link to the Past is one of my all time favorite SNES games and it's definitely the first Zelda game that I felt emotionally invested in.  I'm extremely exciting knowing that a second game set in that universe will be heading to the Nintendo 3DS!

What I'm Playing... Kersploosh!

Hey there.  Do you member a time when it fun to toss a rock?  Whether it be trying to knock over a tin can or trying to get it to skip across water, as a child, the most mundane of objects could become an afternoon of fun.  That is the first thought that came to my head to moment I started playing Kersploosh!, on the Nintendo 3DS.  The good people at Nintendo provided me a copy of the game and I am thankful that they did.  The family and I have been taking turns trying to 1 up each others times, and even though there are many big name downloads on the Nintendo eShop, Kersploosh! is one of those rare gems that the whole family can enjoy together.  Well, let's get into it, shall we?
