Iron Chest Master by Ron Williams Review

Iron Chest Master by Ron Williams
Time to work on this chest!

Hey there.  One of the things that I wish I had more time for is fitness.  This past year, my fitness routine has suffered.  I don't have time for the gym, I don't have time to go run in the mornings (unless it's during the weekend), and I don't have time to do anything else but work.  Sounds like a bunch of excuses, right?  Well, I thought the same thing!  No excuses!  I have a body, I have arms and legs, have a heart, and I have a determination to get and stay fit!  So...  since time is a factor, I decided that I'm going to try several workout stuffs at home.  I've already had a great start with one hell of a jump rope but that's mainly for cardio.  I need something that's going to help make me look and feel stronger and nothing screams out strength like a well defined chest and arms!  And to help me achieve those results?  The Iron Chest Master by Ron Williams!  Our good friends at Iron Chest Master saw that I needed the workout and sent me the Iron Chest Master by Ron Williams to try out and review!  After a few weeks of building a better upper body, I am ready to give you guys the scoop on this awesome home exercise device!  So let's get right into my experience with this awesome machine!

Mpow Swift Bluetooth Headphones Review

Hey there.  I love music and I'm always looking for ways to enhance my music loving ways.  Whether that be getting a sound bar for my TV, getting a great Bluetooth speaker, or getting an awesome set of headphones so that I can listen to music wherever I am.  The thing is, though, that I commute a few hours to work each day and I can't take speakers with me so headphones are what I'm using the most at the moment.  This is why I was extremely thankful to our friends at Mpow for sending me their Mpow Swift Bluetooth Headphones to try out and review.  I've had my fair share of headphones and I've had some great ones and I've had some bad ones.  I can honestly say that Mpow's headsets have not disappointed and I hope that the Swift Blutooth Headphones will follow suit.  So before I get into my experience, let's talk specs.

Naturalico Fast Speed Cable Jump Rope Review

Naturalico Fast Speed Jump Rope
Hey there.  I am back into fitness mode!  I had a long time away from fitness due to all my time being spent on home renovations and work.  But I was finally able to carve some time out of my schedule to take care of me.  I've started to run early mornings and I've started to finish off my day with a little jump rope session.  I think jumping rope is an awesome cardio exercise.  It pumps you up, it works out your calves and abs, and if Rocky does it, why not I?  lol  Anyways, I've gone through quite a bit of ropes in my lifetime.   They either ripped, broke, or were not the right length for me.  I always thought that that was just how it was with jump ropes.  You changed them up every year or so.  Especially if you get good use out of it.  Well, my friends, I've been throwing money away on jump ropes all these years.  Our good friends at Naturalico created one hell of a jump rope that will stand the test of time.  It has a high speed cable with 4 high grade metal bearing to help increase speed and RMPs.  It's perfect for cross fit training!  And guess what, they provided me with a Naturalico Fast Speed Cable Jump Rope to review!  So why is this jump rope top tier?  Let me give you my thoughts.

All Natural Caralluma Fimbriata Extract 1000mg Review

Hey there.  It has been almost a full year since I last hit the gym.  Not because I don't want to go, it's just that it has been one extremely eventful year for me that I just have not been able to get back into health mode.  I moved to a new city, commuting further to work (and getting home later), and buying a new house has keep me from carving out the time to exercise and take care of myself.  But now, that's about to change.  Things have begun to settle down and a new gym just opened up down the street from my place.  That means it's time to get back into health mode.  And with that, it's time to stock up on my supplements.  Aside from my multivitamins, I decided that I'm going to help reduce my carb intake.  I can be horrible when it comes to carb consumption and I know that a carb suppressant would be extremely beneficial to someone like me.  That's why I am glad that our good friends at Schwartz Bioresearch sent me an All Natural Caralluma Fimbriata Extract Maximum Strength Carb Blocker and Fat Burner!  I have had a full month's supply now and I am ready to give you my honest opinions so let's get to it.

Get in Shape with Muay Thai training in Thailand

Keep Calm and Muay Thai
Hey there.  People today are living fast paced lives and because of that many of them are getting out of shape. That’s why they are always looking for ways to get fit and hold that shape as long as possible. This can be very difficult especially because our time is limited. On top of that, the usual exercises that each of us knows are a little bit boring and people usually have trouble to remain motivated. That's why a lot of people that want to get into shape have a tough time continuing their fitness regimen.  If they don't change it up, they'll get bored and will see fitness and exercise as a chore instead of a hobby.  What they really need is a challenging activity that can keep them coming back for more. Something unique.  Something that can challenge your body but not be overwhelming.  Something like Muay Thai.

July Fitness Challenge Over

Hey there.  July is done and done.  I took on the month looking to improve my fitness stats.  Last year, I did a pretty good job at keeping myself somewhat fit.  This year... not so much.  My wife has been on a mission to get herself in the best shape possible and it's only fair that I follow suit and support her.  So July was it.  That was the month I was going to get back on track.  Now, it's over and it's time to reap the benefits of my hard work!

July Fitness Challenge and 30 Day Exercise Challenge

A little Instagram Fun
Hey there.  I have been gone for the past week or so.  I took some much needed time off from work (both my day job and my online job) and now I feel refreshed and ready to go!  But during that time off, I decided that it's time to get back into shape.  I took on The Hero Rush and The Gladiator Rock'n Run last year and I felt like I wouldn't be able to complete those challenging obstacle courses today.  That's why, I took on the July Fitness Challenge that my wife started doing.  First off, the July Fitness Challenge is more of an Instagram thing (Follow me here).  You take a picture everyday about the topic at hand.  The thing with this one, though, is that most of it is fitness related so it pushes you to work out.  I thought it was an easy enough challenge to get back on track.  But then, the wife and I also decided to do a separate fitness challenge on the side.  You do a set of exercises every day for the month.  Check out the 30 Day challenge below:

Save Over 10% on ZigReetrek TR Shoes Now

The wife and I stop for a pic while hiking
Hey there.  The wife and I recently took up hiking as a means to get fit outside of the gym.  We've gone to the Turnbull Canyon Hiking trails on more than a few occasions and it's something that we simply love.  The one thing that we don't love?  Our footing.  We both have "sports" shoes that we wear when we go hiking but we don't have as great traction when climbing up those steep hills.  The last thing we want is to lose our footing and come tumbling down.  That's why we've started looking for proper outdoor running shoes and the Reebok ZigReetrek TR running shoes seem to the ones that are right up our alley.

Gladiator Rock'n Run is Less Than a 2 Weeks Away

I'd be really proud of myself if I can anywhere close to the top 10!
Hey there.  The Gladiator Rock'n Run a little over a week away and I'm on the home stretch of my training.  I've been hitting the gym to gain endurance and work on my upper strength.  There's going to be some climbing going on so I want to make sure I'll be able to get over those obstacles.  My question, though, is whether I should push myself this final week or if I should cut it down so that I'm well rested for the run.  I want to push myself, there has been instances where I push myself during workouts and I can't even support myself with my arms, they are that sore.  Should I risk being too sore to finish the run?  Or do you believe that adrenaline will push me through?  I'm a pretty competitve guy so I don't just want to finish the run, I want to finish with a great time.  I want one of these awesome trophies that are given out to top finishers!

When training for an event, do you train up until the event or do you give yourself a few days of down time?  With the run just 9 days away, I'm curious to know which training method would work best.  Later!

Training for the Gladiator Rock'n Run

Hey there.  Training has begun!  Well... actually, I've been doing some exercises on and off for quite some time so it's not like I've been sitting on my butt doing nothing, but today marks the official day that training starts.  The Gladiator Rock'n Run is on Oct. 6th at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena and I have a little over a month to build my endurance.  That's the one area where I know I lack.  I'm not the biggest of guys, I'm not the fastest, I'm not the most athletic, but I do have an OK build and I'm not a push over.  I was able to complete all of the challenges during the Hero Rush but I did notice that during the jogging parts of the run, other runners ran by me.  The challenges were tough and I was able to power through it, but I could tell that my body slowed down to recuperate during the jog.  I even stopped to walk at some points.  Not good.  So I want to make sure that I can build that endurance.  I need to able to finish through obstacles AND still have enough in my tank to jog to the next obstacle.   So tonight, my endurance levels up!
