It's just like you said, I would rather do other things at home and those things usually involve the kids. lol I go to bed pretty late and am up early so I'm thinking that maybe early morning workouts to start the day would be best for me. I have a 3-year-old so I have to go to the gym while my husband is home - which means early morning or late night. I used to do late night but I was too pumped to sleep, which was a big issue.
