|THOR USB FLASH DRIVE!!!|
First of all, the flash drive looks pretty cool. Thor has some great detail into the figurine and I love the pose. The base and figurine are made of plastic but the USB drive does not feel flimsy or cheap. There is a switch on the base that you push to extract and detract the USB drive. That's a great feature since I wouldn't want the USB port to be sticking out the base at all times. Also, the Thor flash drive seems to be made with laptops in mind. I found that Thor faces me when it's place on a USB port on my left and will face away from me when inserted on a USB port to my right. If you have verticle USB ports, Thor will be dangling off your computer and will not have the support from it's base. Thor does not swivel from the base so the only way Thor will face you is if you plug him in from the left side of a laptop. It's something to think about when deciding to pick one up. Overall, it's a great looking and well made USB drive.

Now, the only gripe that I do have with this flash drive is the USB port on the flash drive. Most, if not all, of the USB flash drives that I have seen have a metal USB port. This Thor 8GB Flash Drive has a plastic USB port. It could be nothing... but it could be something. I associate the metal casing with durability and the fact that the casing here is plastic raised my eyebrows. Then again, the USB port is easily hidden and can be extracted when ready for use by pushing the switch so maybe it won't be that big of a deal down the road. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with this Thor flash drive.
All in all, a solid USB Drive that anyone would like to have. It's fun and it's Thor. It's perfect for tech geeks out there and perfect for Marvel fans as as well. lol Thor will look good in your collection of USB Flash drives. Make sure to check out this and other Tmart 8GB Flash Drives and find the one that best suits you. With many styles available, I'm certain you'll find the one you'll carry with you everywhere. Later!
|The USB port is plastic... could or could not be a problem. Only time will tell.|
