Starting Dec. 1st, I will keep tabs on all comments made for the month. At the end of the month, I will award the top commentator a cash prize, to be delivered via PayPal (Must have a valid PayPal account). This will allow ALL readers to participate and not feel slighted if they are not part of the Entrecard family. I have yet to decide what the cash prize will be, but I am leaning towards starting small (anywhere from $2.50 to $5.00 to start) and if this catches on, the cash prize will continue to be awarded monthly and may be increased and expanded to reward not only the top commentator but maybe the top 5 as well. Comments must be revelant and anything that I consider spam will not count towards the prize. I will also post a screen shot of my excel sheet since my widget goes back to the top 500 comments and I do not know how to reset it every month. The first winner will be announced next month along side my top 5 droppers of the month. Good luck friends... And don't forget to comment!

The Death of Entrecard?

Hey there. I'm sure that all Entrecard members know by now that Entrecard has been sold to Ziprunner Inc. I have no idea what or who Ziprunner Inc is but can we assume that this is the death of Entrecard? Or the beginning of something spectacular? I have mix feelings about this. Mainly because it has to do with change... And Entrecard has been full of changes these past few months. Paid ads... no paid ads... cashouts... market... dropping algorithm... I put up with it but now I'm not so sure I want to put up with ANOTHER change in Entrecard. I just don't know how I feel about this and I'm sure many other members are feeling the same. Later.

It's going to be interesting to see. The Tour Manager is theorizing that since the buyer seems to be one of the original investors, perhaps he's exercised his right to take the company over, with the intent of reselling.

But who knows? It'll at least keep us all amused and out of trouble as we watch it unfold.

I don't know if this is the 'death' or not, and I don't think anyone can say at this point. We just have to wait and see...

Hello,

i only recognized that the sign up for Cashout was deleted from two of my blogs, on the other blog i await approval for Cashout (still written there), and the fourth blog has 10.000 ECs in the Cashout Account.

So the first changes seems to be... no more new sign up for cash outs

I'm not sure what to think of it just yet, but if I start seeing changes that I don't like, I'm out. Entrecard is already on a thin line with me after all these so called "changed for the better"

Hey there. At least Ziprunner is on the right track by providing a welcome statement. Hopefully, this step in the right direction will continue in the right path.

Metallman, did I miss something? I got the email from Graham, but nothing so far from Ziprunner.
